Certainly different!

I have been baking for almost 50yrs. Always used vanilla extract. My favorite was the big bottle from Mexico , double strength. So this was my first powder. I added it while making fudge brownies. I did notice an after taste , can't quite
describe it. It wasn't sweet like the usual vanilla extract. I will try it again in something else.

So far I have not found satisfying ways to use your product. Didn’t care for it in my coffee as I had expected.
