I’m on a low carb diet, and I found vanilla powder is good with black pepper or salt on meats. It could also be good at blending with other seasonings. In my opinion, vanilla flavor doesn’t need to be with sweet all the time. I always see garlic salt or lemon salt at the store. Maybe one day there will be a vanilla seasoning blend :)
